Role Description
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team — someone who’s passionate about creating thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences that sit at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling.
You’ll help shape how people interact with our digital products, immersive installations, and intelligent systems — translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and beautiful user experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who’s curious, collaborative, and excited about working across formats — from screen-based tools to spatial experiences that feel responsive and alive.
Based in London, Berlin, or working remotely across Europe, you’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team committed to pushing creative boundaries and building design systems for a more imaginative and connected future.
Key Responsibilities
- Design elegant, intuitive user interfaces for a range of platforms, including digital tools, interactive installations, and real-time systems
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows grounded in clear UX thinking
- Translate complex systems and information into accessible, visually compelling designs
- Collaborate with creative technologists, motion designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life across disciplines
- Think in motion and time — considering how users move through an experience and how transitions support clarity and delight
- Contribute to and help evolve our design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across products and platforms
- Stay engaged with emerging technologies and trends — particularly around real-time systems, AI, and responsive experiences
Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience designing UI/UX for digital products or interactive experiences
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools (e.g. Framer, Protopie, Principle)
- A solid foundation in UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction patterns
- Strong visual sensibility and a sharp eye for detail — you care about typography, layout, and how things feel
- Ability to design for motion or collaborate closely with motion designers
- Comfortable working across disciplines and collaborating with creative and technical teams
- Bonus points for experience with Creative AI tools, real-time systems, or data-driven design
