We’re looking for a multidisciplinary designer with a strong focus on motion — someone who moves fluidly between visual design, brand expression, and interaction. You’ll be joining a collaborative team working at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling, helping shape experiences that are thoughtful, responsive, and alive.
This role is perfect for a designer who leads with motion as a narrative tool, but thinks broadly about design — how it works across formats, how it guides users, and how it helps brands move and behave in the world. An interest in AI and emerging creative tools is a big plus — we’re exploring how these technologies can expand visual storytelling and motion systems in exciting new ways.
You’ll work across client and in-house projects, contributing to everything from immersive installations and content systems to interface design and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion across brand, digital, and spatial experiences, from expressive moments to functional interactions
- Collaborate on dynamic brand systems, contributing to the visual language and motion identity of future-facing brands
- Support UX and product design with motion thinking — enhancing flow, feedback, and emotion through animation
- Work across immersive environments, responsive storytelling, and real-time content
- Use tools like After Effects, Figma, TouchDesigner, and AI motion tools (e.g. Runway, Stable Video) to prototype and deliver
- Help develop motion systems that scale across touchpoints and formats
- Stay curious and collaborative — exploring how new tools and technologies (especially AI) can evolve creative workflows
Skills & Expertise
- Strong background in motion design, with a portfolio that shows both visual craft and storytelling
- Experience across graphic design, and/or digital product design
- Comfortable working in After Effects and Figma; experience with TouchDesigner, Houdini, or real-time tools is a plus
- A passion for emerging technologies and an interest in AI-driven creative tools
- Collaborative and open — able to contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and explore new ways of working
- Bonus: experience designing for installations, experiential, or interactive media
