This notice explains how FIELD collects and uses personal data when you view our job adverts or apply for a role, from advertising vacancies through to deleting candidate records.
Please note: FIELD currently employs people based in the UK and Europe only. If you are based outside these regions, your application will not be able to progress to employment. We will still handle your data in accordance with this notice, and you can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing [email protected].
FIELD operates through two entities:

Recruitment is coordinated via [email protected]. The data controller for recruitment-stage processing will be the FIELD entity leading the hiring process (typically FIELD.IO Ltd and/or FIELD.IO Berlin GmbH & Co KG).
The employing entity - UK, Germany, or an Employer of Record (EoR) partner in certain European countries - will be confirmed at offer stage. If you progress to offer for an EoR country, we will share the data necessary to set up employment and onboarding with our EoR provider. The EoR provider will act as an independent controller for its own legal, payroll, and onboarding obligations, and their own privacy notice will apply to that processing. We will provide you with the EoR provider's details at the relevant stage.
