We’re looking for someone who speaks our language, gets tone and nuance, and can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging stories.
This role will sit at the intersection of creative, production, and marketing. You'll be responsible for our messaging across channels — leading content strategy, managing contributors (internal team), and crafting comms that represent FIELD.IO’s values and vision.
Whether it’s shaping our website, guiding our social voice, or working with our leadership to place our ideas into the world — you’re both the amplifier and the editor.

Content Strategy & Planning
Own and manage the editorial calendar for social, web, press, and overall comms. Know what’s coming, what’s going out, and what needs attention.
Copywriting & Storytelling
Write or edit copy for social, website, case studies, internal updates, decks, event abstracts, and more — all with a clear, confident tone of voice.
Creative Comms & Marketing
Take our best thinking and projects and package them for the world — social posts, publications, events, PR outreach, talks, and more.
Team & Contributor Coordination
Brief, manage, and collaborate with internal team members and freelancers supporting social, design, and web content.
Press & Publicity Support
Collaborate with external PR partners. Be proactive about identifying storytelling moments and helping FIELD.IO be part of broader industry conversations.
Internal Communication
Support internal alignment through updates, rollout comms, and messages that reflect our culture and keep the team connected.
Brand Voice & Expression
Be the steward of FIELD.IO’s voice — help ensure everything we share sounds and feels like us, across all touchpoints.
